• Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
• We will only accept one coupon code per order unless stated in a promotion that it is acceptable.
Simply Jazzy takes great pride in her customer’s shopping experiences. For any reason you do not absolutely love your items, we will gladly issue a STORE CREDITor do an EXCHANGEon qualifying orders within 30 days from the date the item was received.
Unfortunately, for being a small business, we do not offer the money back on returns. If chosen to exchange, we will ship out the same item (if the product is still in stock) as soon as we received your return. Please be mindful that we carry a limited quantity of items and once an item has been sold out, it will not be re-stocked. If you would like something completely different then we will issue a store credit for you to use on whatever you like, the store credit will be issued through email.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We will always do our best to assist you, but Simply Jazzy boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit that have been confirmed that the package was delivered to the address given at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes and please save your tracking number. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
Non-qualifying items- smells of smoke, has stains(including makeup and deodorant), animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged will not qualify. Items must be in its original condition with tags attached (if any). If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned.

Defective Items OR Problems with Shipment
PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. Please report any damages or problems within 2 days of arriving by email at email@example.com. We apologize if this happens and will be more than happy to take care of you! We do our very best to inspect each and every item before shipping out. Please be very careful if using scissors when opening the packages.
The process to get a store credit/exchange
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return approval
- Please include the order number in the initial email.
- Address package to the address below

Please allow up to 10 business days for Simply Jazzy boutique to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Packages lost or stolen in transit are not Simply Jazzy's responsibility.
For Store credit, Please allow 3 business days to receive your emailed store credit from the date we receive your return.
