Simply Jazzy takes great pride in her customer’s shopping experiences. For any reason you do not absolutely love your items, we will gladly issue a STORE CREDIT within 14 days from the date the item was received. (AT THIS TIME DUE TO COVID, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS/EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME)
Unfortunately, for being a small business, we do not offer the money back on returns. You will receive a credit to your email as soon as we received your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We will always do our best to assist you, but Simply Jazzy boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit that have been confirmed that the package was delivered to the address given at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes and please save your tracking number. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
Non-qualifying items- Items with an odor, stains(including makeup and deodorant), animal hair, washed/worn or altered, or damaged. Items must be in its original condition with tags attached (if any). If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned.

Defective Items OR Problems with Shipment
PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. Please report any damages or problems within 2 days of arriving by email at firstname.lastname@example.org We apologize if this happens and will be more than happy to take care of you! We do our very best to inspect each and every item before shipping out. Please be very careful if using scissors when opening the packages.

Please allow up to 7 business days for Simply Jazzy boutique to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Packages lost or stolen in transit are not Simply Jazzy's responsibility.
For Store credit, Please allow up to 24hrs to receive your emailed store credit from the date we receive your return.
